How do I cancel my Avenue subscription?

Cancel your plan from Settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

You can cancel your Avenue subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no immediate cutoff.

Steps to cancel

  • Go to Settings.
  • Find the Billing section (visible if you have an active paid plan).
  • Click "Cancel subscription."
  • Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.
  • Your plan shows the date access will end.

What happens after cancellation

  • You keep full access until your current billing period ends.
  • No future charges will be made.
  • Your connected accounts and data remain intact until access expires.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.

Refund policy

Avenue does not issue refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges only. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support.

Annual plans

If you're on an annual plan, your access runs until the end of the 12-month period you paid for. Cancelling stops the renewal; it doesn't end your current year early.
